The Reiss Motivation Profile (RMP) is a scientifically validated tool that identifies 16 basic desires driving human behavior, such as power, competition, status, and independence. By pinpointing an athlete’s key motivators, it enables tailored coaching strategies, fosters better team dynamics, and enhances personal resilience.
